Features of a fully built nested house.
Nested Houses (or Electro Houses) are a new type of houses added in the update 1.7.8 of the DayZ Origins mod. If fully built up until level 3, you can now store a little helicopter such as a Praga) in the same fashion as a car in a garage. They can only be built on electrical pylones at this time but the developers are looking into expanding the building possibilities.

To start building this stage, you will have to be a level 1 hero or bandit . For a nested house you will have to place a Crane (opposed to the Cement Mixer for normal houses) next to an electrical pylone and at least 150m away from any town or city. Building Requirements[]
First of all, there are some requirements before building a nested house, you will need these tools to be able to begin with the construction:
Those elements (including the Crane ) can be found in the world with more chance of spawning in Novistrana.
In order to place the crane you will need 1x Short planks in your inventory plus the Old Hammer, Old Saw, Old rope and Old Piliers on your toolbelt.
In order to be able to start the building process you will also need to destroy your level 1 house(and any other houses you may have built) with the Excavator or you can wait until it disappears.
