The Mk12 SPR is a semi automatic DMR (Designated Marksmen Rifle), it features the same zoom feature as the DMR. The MK12 requires Stanag magazines. It can use almost any magazine that can go with an M16. It's intended magazine was the twenty round stanag magazines. It is obtainable from Sector B, Missions, Novi Dvor, and the Traders. It does low damage and may require multiple shots to even incapacitate a player, it can require more than 3 shots to kill an AI (primarily center mass shots). Headshots are one shot kills. Most people take this rifle for its easy to find ammo. In comparison, the MK12 has a more common ammo than most snipers, as it uses Stanag.
